Shipping policy
General Information
We ship across Canada. If you choose a specific delivery date, we will do our best to accommodate.* We cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address or no one available to accept the delivery. You will have the option to enter delivery instructions at checkout to assist in successful delivery of your order. If your delivery is more than 2 business days late, please contact us for help.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed before Noon Eastern Time on a regular business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after Noon or on a weekend or statutory holiday will be shipped the next business day. Transit times will depend on your order destination (see chart below for approximate times). We use the the best local and nationwide couriers available based on the delivery address. Standard Shipping may not include signature, and it will be up to the courier’s policy whether a package is left at the door.
Local Delivery (Available in most of the GTA)
If you have the option of Local Delivery, this will be the quickest way to have your package delivered. Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Time will be delivered the same day, weekends and holidays included. Orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the next day. Because it will be sent directly from us to the recipient, we will not box your Gift Basket, and it will arrive in its beautiful presentation with contents visible. We will call or text your gift recipient before delivery to ensure someone is available to accept the package. If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will contact you to find out how you want us to deliver your gift. If the order is for you and you haven’t given any delivery instructions, we will continue contacting you until you notify us of your delivery preference. Please note that this service is only available within a certain radius from our location in Etobicoke. If you don't see the option, then it isn't available for your destination address.
Shipping Cost
We offer flat rate Standard Shipping based on the delivery address. We also offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (total before taxes and after discount). Local Delivery pricing is based on distance from us and order value. Please see chart below for more information.
Package Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but it has not been received, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the courier. Once the claim is processed, we will ship a replacement. We recommend contacting your gift recipient shortly after delivery to ensure everything was received and in good condition.

* Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates using business days and are calculated from when the order ships. When couriers are busier than usual, especially during the holiday season, delivery could be delayed. We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner and will try to account for possible delays for orders with a future delivery date. Please place your order about 2 weeks in advance of a scheduled delivery date. During the holiday season, we recommend 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. We will make every attempt to meet your selected delivery date, but cannot guarantee it.
