Refund policy

Damages and Issues

Please have the recipient inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item(s) are received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 72 hours from time of delivery to make a claim. We will need pictures and/or other proof to show what went wrong. Please check with your gift recipient shortly after delivery to ensure everything was received in good condition. We will replace damaged items swiftly, and if necessary, we will replace the entire basket at no charge to you. You can reach us at support@basketbub.ca with your order number and details.


Exchanges / Returns

Under normal circumstances, there are no returns or exchanges accepted. If you’re not sure what your recipient would like, we recommend ordering BasketBucks, which will allow them to choose their own gift. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on BasketBucks (gift cards) or Gift Money.
